Mixers
- Where are the model and series numbers?
The model and series numbers were stamped in the following areas:
- On older stand mixers: remove the mixer from the stand, the
model is on the underside of the mixer.
- On hand mixers: the model and series numbers are on the the
underside of the mixer. Some stand mixers: model and series numbers
are on the bottom of the stand.
- Should I be able to hear the speeds change?
Not necessarily. Usually you will not be able to hear the changes
other than from low to high.
- Are the beaters stainless steel or chrome?
The beaters are chrome-plated, and should be washed and dried immediately
to prolong life.
